December 2024: EYH’s 2025 STEM Conference!

As 2024 draws to a close, we have one final STEM opportunity to share! Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) is hosting its annual girls-in-STEM conference on Saturday, March 22nd. 

What is the EYH Conference? 

EYH’s girls-in-STEM conference is an all-day event that allows students to explore various STEM subtopics. 

Attendees connect with various undergraduate and graduate mentors with experience in different fields, making the event a great networking opportunity. Lunch and snacks are also provided. 

Participants select their top three workshop topics from several STEM areas during registration. Students are then put in groups. 

Who’s invited? 

The conference is open to girls in grades 6-10 interested in learning more about different areas of STEM and gaining hands-on exposure. 

Where is it taking place? 

The 2025 conference will be held at USD (University of San Diego), Alcala Park, from 9:30 am to 3 pm. 

What else do I need to know? 

Registration is $40 per student and is first come, first serve. Space is limited! If you are interested, be sure to sign up before Friday, March 6th.
